Iceberg Model

From what I understand from the model showed below the Iceberg Model is more relevant for a problem situation. Crying or tears are not a problem, but i still wanted to fill out this model to make an analyses.

In this model I find it hard to distinguish the patterns from the structures. I tried by making patterns more about what happens, and the structure about the underlying reasoning.
